Thank you for you interest in the Faith Based Partnership Initiative. Please e-mail us a brief letter of interest. Your letter should include:
Your organizations Name, Mailing Address, Phone, etc.
Names and contact information of the key decision makers
What organizations you are currently in collaboration with (collaborations do not have to be formal)
What population you have targeted to serve
What you are currently doing to serve the population you have targeted
What programs or services you would like to develop (or enhance) to serve this targeted population

Once we receive your email, you will be sent a "Getting Started" information packet. You will then be contacted to arrange a formal discussion of your interest. If you decide to become a FBPI partner, there is a one time fee of $25.00. This fee helps offset some the administrative costs associated with our efforts. This fee also includes a subscription to the FBPI E-Newsletter.
