Adopt - a - Family

We link the families (and individuals) we serve with a group of people from the community of Faith.  These people become an "extended family" network of support.  They make a personal commitment to resource the efforts that will see each family's quality of life improve.  They do everything from providing baby sitting, and transportation to helping pay rent or tuition for college.  In other words, they do the things any loving supportive extended family member would do to help.

Family Life in Focus

This is a regular gathering to offer support and relationship to the families served by our efforts.  Through topical discussions, planned family activities, and training in holistic family life, we engage families in a format that helps nurture family and community relationships from within the community of faith.

Urban Youth Academy

Primarily for youth ages 8-15, the academy offers individual and group activities that promote values consistent with a faith based orientation to life.  Our work can support any existing professional support efforts, or we can work with the youth and family to develop a support plan that will address the specific concerns of each youth.

Grace Community House

Primarily serving families in the Weinland Park area of Columbus, Ohio, Grace Community House promotes personal responsibility, personal accountability, and planned practical support efforts which move people from a place dependence to a place of meaningful community contribution. Our efforts include employment retention support, faith based family counseling, and parenting support, emergency housing, and emergency childcare.
