What is Family to Family?

Family to Family
is a family service organization that provides faith based support for individuals and families struggling through the kinds of problems in life that can not be handled alone.  We provide an array of "High Touch" family services that connect (or re-connect) people to the historic faith traditions that have anchored and supported family life for generations.

What is "High Touch" Support?

High Touch
support is support that invites a person into a family of real relationships, with people who have struggled through many of the same life problems.  We do not simply offer impersonal pre-packaged "Mc Support" of many social service organizations.  Our support is more like a partnership where real people join you in your struggle to improve the quality of your life.

What does "Faith Based" mean?

Faith Based
support is support that encourages a "holistic" approach to life that includes a focus on faith and spirituality in our efforts to resolve our problems and improve the quality of our life.

Do you promote a particular Religion?

No.
We believe that most people have a heritage of religious beliefs that help define their identity both ethnically and socially.  We believe that "identity" helps form the basis for a healthy personal and family life.  We encourage people to find ways to integrate their personal religious beliefs into a plan to resolve struggles and improve the quality of their lives.
